Today I went for a walk in the back-yard. It was a short walk. At any rate, it's nice to see the sunflowers as they bloom-out. They are a great attraction for the birds. I remember the day I put the seeds down - Cookie was there following my every step. I believe she was lonely that day. (Seems odd because I am at home nearly all the time.)
The sunflowers were planted over a period of weeks so I expect there to be on-going blooms until about the beginning of September.
